Experienced DVM

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a role with clinical autonomy, leadership and attractive financial incentives. • Competitive base salary ($150,000 - $200,000 DOE) + production bonus

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution
• Active California State Veterinary License
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California
• Committed to ongoing personal growth and assisting the development of others
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a DVM

Your Role as an Experienced DVM

• Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite, and more)
• Mentor and develop new graduates, helping them build confidence and skills
• Leverage our high staff-to-doctor ratio, ensuring you can focus on providing high quality medicine to patients
• Collaborate with an experienced team in a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work-life balance
• If desired, potentially step into leadership or Medical Director responsibilities, with profit sharing economic upside
