7:00 pm- 7:00 am

• LEAN manufacturing
• Continuous manufacturing experience, lean/5S project experience
• Conducting daily Gemba walks
• Safety audits

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Technical field, or Manufacturing Management—or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
• Deep knowledge of production management
• LEAN tools and continuous improvement
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise software systems
• Committed to safety and quality standards, including ISO compliance
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 manufacturing setting
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
