We are seeking motivated insurance brokers to join the team in the Boca Raton area. This is an independent role designed for licensed professionals who want to build a long-term book of business while helping families protect their homes, vehicles, and assets. With dedicated customer service support, you’ll be able to focus on selling and growing your business, while our service team takes care of client servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new personal lines business through networking, referrals, and inbound leads

  • Provide tailored coverage solutions for Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, and related policies

  • Guide clients through the insurance selection process and explain coverage options clearly

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities

  • Submit applications, bind coverage, and ensure all required documentation is accurate

  • Stay up to date on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license required

  • Previous personal lines insurance sales experience is preferred 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and online tools
