Are you an entry to mid-career level Engineer looking to estimate and manage heavy construction projects? At Eastern States Construction Service, Inc., we are seeking a motivated individual to bid on and secure heavy civil construction projects, managing them from start to finish under the guidance of Senior Estimator/Project Managers. Our projects include Roadways, Utilities, Water and Sewer Services, and Concrete throughout the State of Delaware and surrounding areas.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Estimate and bid heavy construction projects
• Manage contract work from start to finish
• Collaborate with Senior Estimator/Project Managers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
• Experience estimating civil scope of work preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Salary $85,000-$110,000 plus bonus
