Luxury Private Housekeeper

Seeking a Happy and Experienced Luxury Housekeeper For Our Family Home

Hi, I’m Christina. My husband and I have three growing sons (10, 14, and 17), and we’re looking for our private housekeeper to become a valued part of our family.  Our home is near the ocean in beautiful Hermosa Beach, CA.

It is a wonderful place to be, open and sunny, and full of noise and comical chaos from our three boys. No drama here, just a fun and busy household.

We are looking for that special person to join us long term. You should have a minimum of five years’ experience caring for fine homes, expert ironing and garment care skills, and the flexibility to join us at our second home about six times a year. These trips are generally 5–7 days long and happen at the same times each year, so they’re easy to plan for.  Discretion, professionalism, and a passion for excellence are essential.

The right candidate will be able to drive, travel with our family, work legally in the U.S., speak and write English fluently, and provide excellent references.

Compensation: This position is FULL-TIME and averages about 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends. Pay is $35–$50/hour DOE, plus overtime in compliance with California law. We recognize that every candidate’s situation is unique, so the benefits package (health, dental, vision, vacation, etc.) will be tailored and discussed during the hiring process. There is growth potential and continued education with this job.
