Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with menu planning and ensuring food quality
• Manage kitchen operations, including portion control and plate presentation
• Adhere to food cost management and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes

Required Skills:

• Experience in pasta, broiling, scratch cooking, and sauce making
• Knowledge of kitchen management, a la carte cooking 
• Ability to work with seafood, sautéing, grilling, and batch cooking
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in soup making
• Understanding of special diets, dietary restrictions, and food safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to create innovative and unique dishes

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $36,000 to $40,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
