We’re currently seeking motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals to join our dental group as Patient Advocatedental background is preferred.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—making your role essential in delivering the care and service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient-Centric Communication: Interact with new and existing patients in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments effectively.

  • Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure every call reflects our dedication to excellence in patient care.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental and administrative staff to ensure a smooth scheduling process and enhanced patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish): Preffered 

  • Sales-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Dental Background: Preferred, but not required.

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare or dental.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with patients and handle inquiries with care and professionalism.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital scheduling tools.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, in-person

  • Experience Level: 2 years (preferred in customer service or sales)

  • CutPay: $20.00 – $36.00 per hour + Monthly Bonuses
