This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-3:30p

· Types of Cases: Assisting in robotic surgical cases (GYN, urology, general surgery, bariatrics), placement of ports and closure of port sites, occasional assistance in non-robotic cases as needed, occasional discharges/depart documentation and outpatient prescriptions

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic, Cerner

· Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

· Licensure Required: Active State License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
