Service Advisor / Dispatcher – $18–$24/hr + Full Benefits

Nationwide Truck Repair Center, Inc. is a family-owned business proudly serving our community for over 50 years. We’re currently seeking a Service Advisor / Dispatcher to join our dedicated team.  Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday + Saturday

 What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with service requests

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on skills, availability, and job needs

• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with both customers and techs

• Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion

• Create invoices and collect payments

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or service writing preferred

• Basic knowledge of diesel/automotive repairs (brakes, engine, maintenance) is a plus

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Team player with a self-starter attitude

• Experience in a shop environment is helpful but not required
