Join Our Team as a Commercial Construction Superintendent 

 As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Perform hands-on work using various hand tools
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks

Required Skills:

• Construction Management experience
• Knowledge of blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency with hand tools and installation techniques
• Experience with preventive maintenance and HVAC systems
• General repair skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Electrical or engineering background
• OSHA certification
• Experience with estimating and inspections
• Ability to perform background checks and drug testing
• Knowledge of distribution systems and assembly processes

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
