Groundskeeper

We install and maintain lush California-friendly landscapes. We focus on water efficiency. We don’t work with turf, tropical plants, or large commercial complexes or parking lots. We bring nature home. 

The ideal candidate will be familiar with establishing native plants within private estates, monitoring plant health, and pruning related to controlling size and shape while promoting a natural visual appearance. 

This is a full-time position. Our team works a 4/40 work schedule, consisting of four ten-hour workdays per week and three days off. Compensation is between $20 and $25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Additional wage increase for certain certifications, such as lighting and irrigation. Benefits include seven paid holidays, 80 hours of paid-time-off and options for medical insurance and 401k retirement plans, on site professional development, and career development path for advancement.
