Join a thriving, patient-focused DSO practice in Northern California committed to quality care and clinical excellence. We are seeking a compassionate and confident General Dentist to join our team. This is a full-time, W-2 employed opportunity with a strong daily guarantee, full benefits, and the ability to work alongside experienced general dentists and visiting specialists in a collaborative environment.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Preferred: 2-3 Saturdays/month (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) - optional
• One weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek
• Start Date: ASAP
• Patient Volume: ~20 patients per day
• Clinical Scope:
• Fillings, SRPs, crowns, exams/diagnosis
• Extractions and root canals optional-handled by in-house specialists if needed

• Daily Guarantee: Permanent minimum of $900/day
• Bonus: 21.9% of pure production above $2400/day

• Established patient base and modern facilities
• One full-time general dentist on-site per office currently
• Specialists (including ortho) rotate in a few times per month
• DentiCal patient population - must be comfortable seeing this demographic

• 1+ year experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
• Confident clinical skills and a strong diagnostic foundation
• Able to start ASAP preferred
