Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time W2 employed position in San Antonio, TX. About the Role

You'll provide full-spectrum general dentistry in a solo setting, performing preventive, restorative, and hygiene-related procedures. This role is ideal for a production-minded dentist with at least one year of experience who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver fillings, crowns, partials, full dentures, and hygiene procedures

• Perform anterior teeth endodontics (optional but preferred)

• Provide care for patients ages 11+

• Refer specialized procedures to on-site specialists

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality standards

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program

• Active Texas dental license or willingness to obtain

• Minimum 1 year of general practice experience

• Comfortable working solo without a hygienist

• Strong clinical skills and patient-first approach

• Production-minded and collaborative with the practice team

Practice Details
