Location: Mescalero, NM

Dates coverage is needed: as soon as credentialing/background complete - 1year (with 4 option years) estimated start date January

Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p

Call Requirements: None

% inpatient / % outpatient: Outpatient only

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day average

Patient Ages: All ages (majority adults)

Types of Cases: General Dentistry (no complex procedures required)

Support Staff: Dentists, DA's, Hygienists

Procedures Required: None, only what the Dentist is comfortable with and clinic is equipped for

Type of Charting: EMR - RPMS (Dentrix)

Requirements: BLS (through American Heart), DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)

Pay: $110/hour plus travel and lodging

Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks on average
