We are committed to providing high-quality care and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team - Family Practice Physician and hard working staff.  The Office has a large hispanic following and large population of choronic conditions.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide primary care services
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education and counseling

Required Skills:

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Master of Science in Nursing degree
• American Nurses Credentialing Center certification
• Experience in primary care or urgent care settings
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Athena Healthcare EMR
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• Experience in Coding
• Ability to work with Chronic Care patients

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $114,990.00

Maximum Salary: $154,240.00

Benefits: Health Insurance, Holiday Pay
