Sales / Marketing ABA Services

We are looking for a strong candidate to serve as our marketing sales person promoting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, building community relationships, creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring brand consistency. This role requires a blend of marketing skills and an understanding of the ABA and healthcare fields to effectively reach families and referrers, drive client intake, and increase brand awareness and market share. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, client intake, and service growth. 

Community Outreach:

.Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as pediatricians, schools, therapists, and early intervention providers. 

Campaign Management:

.Create, manage, and oversee traditional (print, events) and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media). 

Performance Analysis:

.Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize strategies and achieve ROI. 

Brand Management:

.Ensure brand consistency across all channels and maintain alignment with the company's mission and values. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

Experience in marketing, particularly within human services, healthcare, or the ABA field, is preferred. 

• Digital Marketing Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and content management systems. 

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong skills are crucial for relationship building with clients, referral sources, and the community. 

• Industry Knowledge:

A passion for or understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities is a significant asset. 

• Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and interpret campaign performance. 

• Self-Starter:

A self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset
