Job Description

Human Resources is responsible for establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related information and supporting strategic decisions.

As a member of the Wexner Medical Center Business Operations team, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Talent Acquisition Coordinators will work closely as a team, and in tandem with Talent Acquisition Consultants. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the execution of hires, including resolution of pre-hire compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.

  • 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

  • Efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks.

  • Experience with high volume HR-related processing, and familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Excel and DocuSign preferred.
