Job Duties
Lead daily operations of a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen with a focus on excellence.
Ensure consistent execution and the highest quality in all food preparation.
Create innovative menu items and specials, with financial rewards tied to creativity and performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a strong, positive, and efficient team.
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, from-scratch restaurant.
Background in steakhouses or protein-heavy environments
Proven success leading teams in fast-paced, positive kitchen environments.
Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning of culinary trends and techniques.
Systems-driven with strong organizational and communication skills.
Culinary training or degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Ideal but not mandatory: Military background / career
