Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations of a high-volume, from-scratch kitchen with a focus on excellence.

  • Ensure consistent execution and the highest quality in all food preparation.

  • Create innovative menu items and specials, with financial rewards tied to creativity and performance.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a strong, positive, and efficient team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, from-scratch restaurant.

  • Background in steakhouses or protein-heavy environments

  • Proven success leading teams in fast-paced, positive kitchen environments.

  • Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning of culinary trends and techniques.

  • Systems-driven with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Culinary training or degree preferred; high school diploma required.

  • Ideal but not mandatory:  Military background / career
