This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Tuesday-Friday from 9a-5p

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

· Requirements: Medicaid, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
