Lead Laborer

As a Lead Laborer you will oversee one to two crews simultaneously, with room for advancement. As a lead you must possess the ability to work independantly and oversee turns, light construction, and other team projects to ensure quality and timelines are met. Pay rate starts at $19+/hour and is based off of experiance. We are family owned and opperated and a great place to grow your skills with plenty of room for advancement. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation and be dependable to show up on time and complete tasks that are assighned to you and your crew.
