Housekeeping. House Manager.

The right candidates will be detail oriented, dependable, quick learners, can follow direct, and are able to multitask.
This job has times where things can be high paced and having the ability to multi-task is mandatory. You need to be able to prioritize. and manage time efficiently with guests checking out of rooms and new guests checking in the same day.

We are offering:
1. Weekly Pay
2. $15 - $17/hour.
3. 30-40 hours per week

Qualifications:
1. Must have previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
2. Familiarity with cleaning materials and proper usage of such materials
3. Ability to lift 30lbs and climb stairs – WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR
4. Must know how to deep clean
5. Strong work ethic and be dependable
6. Must be able to work weekends and holidays
7. Must speak English
8. Must have a cell phone

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Be on time and clocking in!
2. Detail clean common area balconies and stairs
3. Wiping down all common area’s railings and windowsills
4. Deep clean hotel rooms with the highest level of attention to detail
5. Laundry service
6. Check on guests to see if they need towels or linens
