Program Administrator- Caregiver
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. When reporting to the office, the office assigned is OH-COLUMBUS, 8940 LYRA DR, STE 300. Alternate Office locations within Ohio may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an Ohio office. Travel within the state of Ohio as needed may be required.

Schedule: This position will work a first shift from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday.
The Program Administrator- Caregiver is responsible for the administration of Caregiver supports for the MyCare population. The Program Administrator for Caregiver Supports provides guidance, education, resources and connections to services to caregivers as a part of the MyCare Ohio program. Program administrators typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate and coordinate resolution with internal and external contacts to satisfy informal caregivers needs.
Interprets plan benefit design, performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response.
Increases caregiver engagement into appropriate programs and offerings.
Acts as a trusted advisor and educator on health care related inquiries, with particular emphasis on addressing barriers to caregiver daily challenges.
Coaches informal caregiver on ways to reduce health risks and caregiver stress/burden, future planning considerations, and how/where to connect to helpful resources and support.
Supports caregivers during member care setting changes, as needed.
Prepares reports as needed related to caregiver related program metrics.
Represents/engages community related to caregiving, including leading regional caregiver advisory committees.
Supports provider education related to caregiving topics.
Administers the implementation and compliance of on-going external caregiver client facing programs; manages caregiver flex funds and caregiver education took kits.
Participates in the population health team strategy to design and implement caregiver initiatives that support designated sub-populations.
Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
Manages relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.
Coordinates training related to the client facing program.
Develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of external client facing program success.
Schedules, conducts and attends meetings, supports management in overall objectives, assesses costs and savings and may assist in the payment of vendor invoices.
Complies complex data and able to prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
M anage care giver advisory council meetings, care giver flex fund program and develop and provide updates to caregivers materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 2 years experience in external client facing program or other healthcare related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Professional designation related to field or project management experience preferred.
Experience in caregiver advocacy, home and community-based services and/or lived experience as caregiver is strongly preferred.
Community Health Worker (CHW) certification preferred.
