Daily Responsibilities:

• Dispensing glasses and contact lenses
• Assisting with frame selection and general repairs
• Ordering and merchandising optical products
• Providing exceptional patient care and support

Required Skills:

• Strong background in optical sales and retail experience
• Knowledge of lensometry and frame selection
• Experience with electronic health records and HIPAA compliance
• Able to interpret vision insurance benefits and eligibility

Nice to Have Skills:

• ABO Certified or Licensed Dispensing Optician
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $72,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide the opportunity for quarterly bonuses, health insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, and paid time off for all full-time employees.
