2026 Human Resources Analyst Development Program - Full Time Analyst Opportunity

The Human Resources function is critical to our business success and works side-by-side with Leaders, Managers and Employees across the company. Our Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP) is the premier entry level program to accelerate your career as a future leader in Human Resources. As a Full Time Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program, you will participate in a program for top students who are pursuing a career in Human Resources. The program includes robust training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day-to-day work. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and make an impact, while gaining hands-on experience supporting our different lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Banking, Consumer & Community Banking) or our Corporate functions. Youll learn traditional Human Resource practices, spanning Recruiting, Talent & Employee Experience, Compensation, Employee Relations, and more. Youll also be immersed in cutting-edge, next-generation HR capabilities, including data analytics, design thinking, and other commercial skills.

Throughout the two-year program, you will engage in three distinct eight-month rotations across various HR functions, allowing you to explore different facets of the field and develop a well-rounded expertise. Youll have the opportunity to build your network, interact with Senior Leaders, expand your professional skills through a continuous learning journey consisting of in-hub classroom training and on demand online training, and gain experience in a diverse environment. The program is designed to give you an exceptional foundation that will set you up for success for the rest of your HR career. You will be challenged, you will grow, and you will gain essential skills for the dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Once youve successfully completed the two year HR Analyst Development Program, there will be opportunity for advancement within the HR function based on your performance and role availability.

Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategies and projects in areas such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop in-depth HR acumen across different areas such as HR Advisory, Employee Digital & Service Experience, Talent & Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Recruiting and more
  • Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A well-rounded academic background
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through coursework, internships and/or extracurricular activities
  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
  • All majors considered
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of key HR trends and issues
  • Strong focus on working with data, data analysis, and driving projects independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, or Marketing focused majors are a plus
  • Interested in further developing skills in design thinking, and business advisory

Cohort Start Date : July 20, 2026

  • You must be able to report to your designated office location on your start date.
  • Relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
