Website Content Manager in Columbus, Ohio - Hybrid Position (Teams interview)

Associate degree or higher in Web/Digital Media or Design, Internet/Information Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing website content, preferably in the public sector or a regulated environment. Proficiency with HCL Web Content Manager (WCM) or experience working within the InnovateOhio Platform. Proficiency with the Cloudinary Digital Asset Manager (or equivalent). Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and user-centered design principles. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Piwik PRO) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with content strategy and governance frameworks. Knowledge of Ohio state government digital policies and procedures. Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and SEO best practices. REQUIRED:
