Ability to work onsite 5x a week in downtown Columbus
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in quality assurance, case/document management, or IT/business operations
Experience with OnBase (Hyland) or similar case/document management systems
Familiarity with compliance-driven environments and case management in government agencies
experience creating user guides or delivering structured training sessions
QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or Hyland OnBase certification
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) or advanced Excel for metrics reporting
MS365 Expert - specifically word and excel
