  • Design and execute offline marketing campaigns targeting both retailers (B2B) and end consumers (B2C).
  • Plan and manage promotional activities, including in-store branding, point-of-sale displays, pop-ups, street activations, and trade show participation.
  • Apply creative thinking to deliver impactful and memorable campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Support local market research by gathering insights on consumer behavior, retail traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and brand exposure
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, promoters, and local marketing agencies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in offline, event, or trade marketing, preferably within FMCG, lifestyle, or other consumer products.
  • Must be eligible to be based in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer culture and retail trends.
  • Existing network or resources with local marketing agencies is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results from previous campaigns.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing offline marketing campaigns in the U.S. market.
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign impact and effectiveness.
