ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Transferring and issuing raw material to work orders using the ERP System in a timely manner
- Collaborates with buyer/planner to determine when product stock is needed
- Receive and return raw material into inventory after each work order job completion
- Conducts cycle counts when appropriate
- Updates and maintains our inventory system
- Receiving newly arrived raw material when necessary and maintaining lot traceability
- Moving material to required area when necessary
- Coordinate with buyer/planner regarding stem retrieval when quantities meet necessary amounts
- Prepare/coordinate outside orders for shipping
- Receive and inspect daily deliveries for correctness, adherence to paperwork while ensuring packages/material is catalogued properly and efficiently
- Daily use of forklift and scissor lift
- Other duties as necessary

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience working with an MRP/ERP environment preferred
- Hands-on experience with inventory control preferred
- Forklift Experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Move/Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs. with help from handling equipment
- Standing up to 8+ hours per day
- Reach with hands and arms
