Compensation & Perks

• $850/day base guarantee (first 3 months, or higher if net production % is greater)

• 30% Net Production Formula

The Opportunity

This role goes beyond dentistry. You’ll receive hands-on clinical mentorship to sharpen your skills in implants, Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry — while also gaining business and leadership mentorship that most associates never get.

• Learn how to read and manage P&Ls, operations, and practice leadership

• Develop the skills to run a practice with confidence

• Work directly with owner doctors who will support you in both patient care and practice management

Additional Details:

• Procedures: General dentistry, with strong preference for GP Implants, GP Ortho/Invisalign, CEREC, and same-day dentistry

• Schedule: Typically 8–4 or 9–5 or similar, flexible days & hours (no extended 10- or 12-hour shifts, work-life balance)

• Mentorship: Formal and informal, covering clinical, business, and leadership pathways

• New Grads: Welcome to apply — preference for some experience, and definitely receptive to new grads who are coachable and motivated

• Technology: Digital X-rays, 3D imaging, CAD/CAM systems, laser dentistry, electronic health records

• Growth Path: Associate and/or Partnership opportunity available
