We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Recruitment & Admissions Specialist to join our Executive Education team, supporting the colleges graduate-level Executive Education programs. This highly visible role is ideal for a persuasive communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about the impact of graduate education.

The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom initial outreach to enrollmentserving as the primary contact and advocate for prospective students. This includes articulating the value proposition of our programs to high-level professionals while inspiring action through consultative engagement.

This role goes beyond transactional recruitmentit requires ownership of the recruiting cycle and a commitment to connecting the right candidates with transformative educational experiences.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4 years experience working in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related area. Attention to detail; Superior customer service and communication skills; Strong planning skills; Effective written and verbal communications skills; Ability to work with a high level of detail in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently; Ability to prioritize projects, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.

Additional Information:

The target hiring range for this job profile is $55,700 - $72,700. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
