Storage Systems Installation Specialist

We're looking for a motivated person with constuction and/or installation experience to become a key part of this team. A person who is mechanically inclinded, enjoys building things, and has excellent attention to detail will thrive in this position.

Reynolds Business Systems, Inc. is a privately owned company in Emmaus, PA with over 50 years of experience providing customers with innovative and advanced storage systems and information management solutions.

Our storage products include industrial, automotive, and healthcare storage systems. Our information management products include document scanners, software, and document scanning services performed at our home office in Emmaus, PA.

We are immediately hiring an Installation Specialist to work on installations of innovative, high efficiency storage systems at customer sites within a 90 mile radius of Emmaus, PA (no overnight travel required).

Position:

• Status: Full time or Part time

  • Full time Hours: Monday to Friday - Typical hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. but vary slightly due to customer hours, distance, etc.

  • Part time is flexible - let us know what hours you are looking for and we will try to work with you - great for semi-retired construction and others

• Location: Home office in Emmaus, PA and customer sites within a 90-minute radius (no overnight travel required).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of storage systems such as modular buildings, automated storage systems, clean rooms, and vertical carousels and lifts at customers' locations
• Perform troubleshooting tasks required for repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Move/transport materials from customer sites to our office
• Assist with installing and maintaining equipment in our Conversion Services department

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED. Technical/trade training or college degree preferred
• Must pass mandatory background checks and drug screenings
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Requirements:

• Must possess an analytical thought process and solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Must possess the desire and ability to learn basic mechanical skills
• Must be able to read and follow manufacturer installation instructions
• Must be able to do physical work and lift up to 75 pounds
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be very organized and have excellent attention to detail
• Must be good at interacting with customers
• Must be able to work well as part of a small team
