Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine client needs
• Connect clients with community resources and support services
• Provide supportive counseling to individuals and families
• Engage in clinical social work practices to address mental health concerns
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Required Skills:

• Licensed Bachelor's Social Worker
• Experience in school social work
• Knowledge of harm reduction strategies
• Strong understanding of child welfare systems
• Ability to provide service coordination for clients

Preferred Skills: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Knowledge of Illinois WorkNet 
• Grant writing capabilities 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with co-occurring disorders
• Proficiency in family therapy techniques
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $35,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
• Health insurance and 401(k) benefits included
