LEAD Dental Assistant – Full Time

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

No evenings, no Saturdays

We are a busy multi-specialty reconstructive dentistry practice providing high-quality care, including:

• Perio surgery (non-surgical & surgical)
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery
• Implant placement & restorative
• Crown & bridge (simple to complex)
• General dentistry
• IV sedation (state-certified anesthesia facility)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in the daily clinical functions of the practice, supporting two doctors and ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Chairside assisting in multiple specialties (general, perio, endo, oral surgery, implants)
• Organizing and managing daily patient care activities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Supporting the team with excellent time management, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of strong dental office experience required
• Proficiency in general dentistry and specialty procedures (perio, endo, oral surgery, implants)
• Experience with IV sedation care preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow with the practice

• Starting Pay: $26.00 – $29.00/hour (based on experience & skill set)
