Assignment Specifics: Part-time Day Shift Job Duties: Review and monitor patient's medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers. Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patient's medication therapy and provide recommendations. Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physician's prescriptions. Prepare sterile IV admixtures. Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring. Requirements: Active Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio At least 1+ years' experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting 1+ year experience IV compounding
