This role plays a key part in ensuring that supplies are tracked, delivered, and installed in alignment with project timelines and clinical requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, vendors, procurement, and facility operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing medical equipment readiness for new construction, renovations, and clinic relocations Maintain detailed schedules for procurement, delivery, and installation of medical supplies Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and configuration Facilitate meetings with clinical and support teams to gather requirements and confirm readiness milestones Document action items, decisions, and project updates to ensure clear and timely communication Maintain tracking logs and project documentation Support project reporting, timeline updates, and risk identification Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare or facilities environments Familiarity with medical supply terminology and workflows is a strong plus Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet preferred PMP certification preferred or currently in progress Preferred Attributes: Understanding of clinical workflows or medical equipment deployment Comfortable facilitating stakeholder meetings and coordinating logistics Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical and process-driven mindset EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
