Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases and develop enablement roadmaps. Assess data readiness and identify appropriate data sources for AI adoption. Create and socialize business cases for AI opportunities.
Oversee AI project lifecycles from ideation to deployment. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
Lead the identification and maintenance of a backlog of AI opportunities and use cases through structured ideation efforts.
Ensure AI initiative alignment with the enterprise, including governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and ethical AI practices.
Champion AI literacy across the organization to ensure successful AI adoption through collaboration with enterprise AI learning and communication team. Serve as a change agent and catalyst to drive AI adoption within the business.
Drive organizational change initiatives to support AI transformation. Collaborate with the enterprise AI learning and communication team to ensure impactful communication strategies to promote AI success stories and best practices.
Define KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and enablement efforts. Monitor AI project outcomes and continuously refine enablement strategies.
Partner and align on business outcomes, capabilities needed and driving solutions with the EAO and EIDO organization.
Work with other AI SMEs across the organization to ensure best practice sharing and scaling resources where applicable.
Parther with Human Resources and business leadership in the identification of AI workforce, talent, and skill needs of the future.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Director or Officer.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI or digital transformation roles, with a background in technology, product development, or innovation. Experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management/owner principles.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning (ML), NLP, generative AI, and ML concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of change management and technology adoption techniques. Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools. Ability to influence without direct authority.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
