Fleet Feet is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onsite event production and marketing at various Fleet Feet events and partner activations in Central Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading retailer in the running and fitness industry and make a direct impact on our customers' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite events at Fleet Feet events and partner activations in Central Ohio, including fun runs, training programs, product launches, and community outreach events
• Deliver marketing strategies at events to drive foot traffic to Fleet Feet stores
• Tasked with recruiting and scheduling spot labor for larger events.
• Reports to and receives event specific logistic details from Fleet Feet leadership
• Coordinates with Marketing team to create content for event promotions
