Scheduling Coordinator

The Dental Scheduling Coordinator is the first impression our patients have of MINT dentistry and requires someone who is committed to exceptional customer service and helping people! The scheduling coordinator is responsible for helping patients schedule initial and follow-up dental appointments, updating patient information, and providing customer service for any issues or questions a patient may have.

This role is part of a fast paced, customer focused, call center environment and requires someone with incredible communication skills, works well both independently and with a team, can multitask and prioritize needs, and is looking for a rewarding position with excellent growth opportunity. • Promptly answer telephone calls in a courteous manner to assist patients
• Schedule patient appointments and procedures in accordance with established protocols
• Obtain information from patients to ensure that all patient information is complete and accurate
• Enter patient information in practice management software
• Market to existing patients to maintain a full schedule for office staff
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other related duties as directed or assigned

• 1 year or more of call center experience scheduling appointments preferred
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Desire and commitment to serving and helping others
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with a team
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
