Daily Responsibilities:

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Providing medication therapy management services
• Performing compounding and immunizations
• Ensuring patient safety and counseling on medication usage
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Required Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Visual acuity for accurate prescription filling
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations
• Strong knowledge of drug information and therapeutic resolutions
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Clinical pharmacy operations experience
• Immunization certification
• Compounding experience
• Previous counseling experience with patients

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $130,000.00
Maximum Salary: $145,000.00
