Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through relationship development and strategic insight.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA, Scheduling, Finance) to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Oversee product delivery, invoicing, and service standards to ensure excellence.
  • Lead regular client meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) focused on performance, delivery, and relationship building.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish clear goals and performance benchmarks aligned with organizational KPIs.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and provide actionable coaching.
  • Strategic account growth and retention.
  • Customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in creating business documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
