Are you a seasoned nursing leader with a passion for senior care? At Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown, we're seeking an experienced and inspiring Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department, guide our dedicated care team, and ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

• Provide strategic leadership for the nursing department

• Oversee compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards

• Mentor, develop, and inspire nursing staff to deliver exceptional care

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families for best outcomes

• Active RN License in PA (BSN preferred) fron an accredited school.

• 5 years of proven leadership experience in long-term care or senior living.

• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, compliance, and clinical standards

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Passion for senior care and commitment to excellence

• Certified Nursing Director of Long-Term Care certification preferred.
