Position Summary:

The Director of Dining Services leads our culinary and dining operations and creates meaningful dining experiences for our residents!

Essential Duties and Functions:

• Oversee all aspects of dining services, including kitchen operations, meal service, and staff management
• Ensure meals are nutritious, high-quality, and meet residents' needs and preferences
• Lead, train, and inspire the dining services team
• Manage budgets, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality management
• Long Term Care or Health Care dining services experience a plus.

Education:

• Minimum Associates level degree in Culinary, Hotel/Restaurant management, or certified graduate of accredited culinary educational institution.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent in Dining Services is preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) strongly preferred. SERV Safe Food Service Manager certification required.
