This is more than a front desk role—it’s a unique blend of hospitality, relationship-building, and social media storytelling. As the first and last touchpoint of our patient journey, you’ll be the heart of the practice—curating a warm, boutique-like experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As our Patient Concierge, you'll:

• Welcome patients with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Curate a high-end guest experience with comfort amenities, refreshments, and an impeccably kept reception lounge.

• Engage with patients in a thoughtful, personable way that fosters trust and long-term loyalty.

• Create and manage engaging social media content that reflects our brand and celebrates patient stories (with permission).

• Assist in maintaining a beautiful and inviting environment, including seasonal décor and fresh floral arrangements.

• Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless, elevated patient journey from arrival to departure.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in hospitality, luxury service, or customer-facing roles (dental or medical experience is a plus but not required).

• Strong social media management skills, including basic photography, short-form video creation, and caption writing.

• A warm, proactive personality and polished, professional presence.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for aesthetics, people, and making everyday moments feel special.
