Experience:
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).
This role may require floating to additional units and locations
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Must have recent experience at a Level One Trauma Facility.
Please note that should you receive an offer for this position, you will have 48 hours to accept/decline.
Must be willing to fulfill a full 13 week contract.
Special Requests : Candidates should expect to work 2-3 of the 4 Summer Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day).Any RTO should be provided at time of submission to be considered.
Shift & Scheduling :
Monday-Friday, rotating start times between 0600, 0700, 0800.
Call required, 30 minute call back time. Call policy: Late Call: 1730 - 1930 one to two days per week
Call: 1730 - 0700 one to two days per week, Weekend Call: Friday 1730 - Monday 0700 one to two weekends per six week schedule.
Required Skills/Experience : Experience with diagnostic and interventional heart catherizations, structural, implants, hemodynamics, conscious sedation.
1 year acceptable IF experience in Level I with structural proc exp, cath lab, and ICU exp
Unit Details : Daily Census 25, Number of Rooms 5, Number of Visits Per Day25
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit : Cardiac Cath and EP
Previous Employment Requirements : Return Staff Policy: Gone for 90 days to return as traveler
Required Credentials : University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected.
