Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.

Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend req: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.- Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.

Special Requests: - Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Required Skills/Experience: - Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required. Required Cardiac Cath Lab- Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: - Procedure Experience: Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization. Required Medication Experience: Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring. Required Professional

Types of Patients on Unit: - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Orientation Hours: 36

Candidate Must Work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Required Credentials: - Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer- Cert: BLS, ACLS - RQI acceptable

Previous Employment Requirements: - Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler

Proof of ID: Drivers License/US ID card

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 reference from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required after submission
