Daily Responsibilities:

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Providing drug information to patients and healthcare providers
• Performing medication therapy management
• Compounding medications as needed
• Administering immunizations and counseling patients on medication use

Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Immunization certification
• Experience in retail pharmacy operations
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy practices
• Ability to prioritize patient safety and provide excellent patient care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in medication compounding
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Strong counseling and resolution skills
• Knowledge of PioneeRx System

Technical Skills:

• Visual acuity for accurate prescription filling
• Proficiency in therapeutic drug monitoring
