Job Responsibilities:  

        Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including discovery, motions, depositions, expert depositions, through trial.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation, including personal injury and property litigation
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and legal principles
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong oral advocacy skills
