As an Onsite Printer Administrator, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer satisfaction and technical excellence. Job Title: Onsite Printer Administrator
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms.
- Conduct routine installations and configurations while adhering to established protocols.
- Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Execute approved scripted change management activities to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Track usage and activities at customer sites, ensuring adequate consumables are available.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance or quality fields.
- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT service management and change management processes.
- Strong communication and customer-centric skills.
