If so, Lancesoft Inc is seeking a dedicated CVOR Technologist to join our surgical team in Wilmington, NC. This is a chance to make a direct impact on patients’ lives while working alongside an expert surgical staff.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and cardiovascular teams during open-heart and vascular surgeries

• Prepare, set up, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields

• Operate and troubleshoot specialized CVOR equipment (e.g., heart-lung machines, perfusion support)

• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterile technique protocols

• Monitor patient status and support intraoperative needs in collaboration with the surgical team

• Accurately document procedures, equipment usage, and patient information

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Associate’s Degree or accredited CVOR/OR Tech program completion

• NBSTSA OR NCCT required

• BLS Certification (Required)

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience

• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a Level I or II Trauma or Cardiac Center

• Familiarity with advanced surgical technologies and minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures

• Strong ability to anticipate surgeon needs and remain calm under pressure
