WHAT YOU LL DO
- Responsible for developing the concept, creating, and producing digital media designs in support of corporate and division programs and marketing campaigns and digital advertising.
- Gathers project requirements and feedback from multiple team members and stakeholders.
- Develops from concept to creation the design of video, animations, interactive infographics, marketing collateral, etc. in a multi-channel environment using storytelling techniques.
- Executes designs following branding standards; collaborates with the marketing team to develop interactive design standards that comply with branding standards.
- Delivers best in class visual design and user experience while working on multiple projects under time constraints.
- Organizes and manages work-related assets, maintaining relevancy of digital and print marketing materials.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
- Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
WHAT YOU LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in interactive media, graphic design, animation, video production, or a related field
- Five (5) years of professional marketing/communications experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Graphic and Video Software Proficiency : Using graphic development, photo imaging, video creation, editing, and animation software and hardware. Experience in Premiere Pro, VidIQ and Canva preferred .
- Marketing and Content Management : Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns, using marketing automation and content management software, and designing for social media channels.
- Effective Communication and Organization : Preparing clear and effective correspondence, organizing work, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
- Experienced in various video platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and more.

Pay Range/Compensation $55,000 - $70,000 per year The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
